Port of Melbourne Guidelines means: (a) Port of Melbourne’s port rules, including “Port Rule No. 1 - Handling of Dry Bulk Cargoes at Shipping Terminals in the Port of Melbourne”; (b) Tank Washing and Gas Freeing at Tanker Berths Guide; (c) Tanker Facilities Operations Manual; (d) Port of Melbourne’s Port Load Chart; (e) Tankers Docked at Non-Tanker Berths – minimum requirements; (f) Ship/Shore Safety and Operational Agreement; and (g) other rules and guidelines published on Port of Melbourne's website as amended from time to time.

  • Fixed guideway means a public transit facility that uses and occupies:
