Plan Rules definition

Plan Rules or “Rules” means this document, including all applicable Schedules, which sets out the binding terms and conditions of the Plan (as amended from time to time pursuant to Rule 10).
Plan Rules means the guidelines established annually by the Committee pursuant to Section 4, subject, where applicable, to ratification by the Board of Directors.
Plan Rules means rules adopted by the Plan Administrator in accordance with Section 7.1(e) for the administration, interpretation or application of the Plan.
