Representative Plaintiffs means the California State Teachers’ Retirement System (“CalSTRS”), Fund Liquidation Holdings, LLC, individually and as assignee and successor-in-interest to Sonterra Capital Master Fund, Ltd., Hayman Capital Master Fund, L.P., and Japan Macro Opportunities Fund, L.P.

Representative Plaintiffs. Counsel" means counsel who have appeared for any of the Representative Plaintiffs in the Litigation.

Representative Plaintiffs means those Plaintiffs referred to in the title of proceedings of the Amended Statement of Claim;

Representative Plaintiffs means the following Persons, who, subject to Court approval, represent the Author Sub-Class: Paul Dickson, Joseph Goulden, Daniel Hoffman, Betty Miles, and Herbert Mitgang; and the following Persons, who, subject to Court approval, represent the Publisher Sub-Class: The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc., Pearson Education, Inc., Penguin Group (USA) Inc., Simon & Schuster, Inc., and John Wiley & Sons, Inc.

Representative Plaintiffs means, collectively, the representative or lead plaintiffs in each of the Canadian Actions and the U.S. Action;

Representative Plaintiffs means Jeffrey Laydon, the California State Teachers’ Retirement System, Fund Liquidation Holdings, LLC, individually and as assignee and successor-in-interest to Sonterra Capital Master Fund, Ltd., Hayman Capital Master Fund, L.P., Japan Macro Opportunities Master Fund, L.P., and any other Person named as a named plaintiff in the Actions who was not subsequently withdrawn as a named plaintiff, and any named plaintiff who may be added to either of the Actions through amended or supplemental pleadings. This Settlement Agreement is entered into with each and every Representative Plaintiff. In the event that one or more Representative Plaintiff(s) fails to secure court approval to act as a Representative Plaintiff, the validity of this Settlement Agreement as to the remaining Representative Plaintiffs, the Settlement Class, and Lead Counsel shall be unaffected.

Representative Plaintiffs means each of the plaintiffs who filed a complaint in the Litigation.
