Representative Plaintiffs’ Counsel represent that they are fully authorized to conduct settlement negotiations with counsel for OAKLAND on behalf of Representative Plaintiffs, and to enter into, and to execute, this Class Settlement Agreement on behalf of Representative Plaintiffs and the Settlement Class, subject to Court approval.
