Examples of Purchaser’s Counsel in a sentence
For reasons of administrative convenience only, Purchasers and their respective counsel have chosen to communicate with the Company through Purchaser’s Counsel.
Such other documents as shall be reasonably requested by the Title Company or Purchaser’s Counsel to effectuate the purposes and intent of this Agreement.
The Closing of the transactions provided for in this Agreement shall take place on or before December 27, 2007 (the “Closing Date”) at the offices of Purchaser’s Counsel, Sichenzia Xxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx LLP, 00 Xxxxxxxx, 00 Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000, or by the exchange of documents and instruments by mail, courier, telecopy and wire transfer to the extent mutually acceptable to the parties hereto.
Subject to the satisfaction or waiver by the applicable Party of the conditions set out in Article 4, the Parties shall hold the Closing on the Closing Date, at such time as agreed to by Vendor and Purchaser and at the offices of Purchaser’s Counsel in Calgary, Alberta or at such other place as agreed to by Vendor and Purchaser.
Purchaser’s Counsel does not represent all of the Purchasers but only Midsummer Investment, Ltd.
