Co-Lead Counsel definition

Co-Lead Counsel means the court-appointed co-lead counsel who are so designated, namely, Xxxx X. Xxxx of Xxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx & Xxxxxxx, P.C., M. Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx of Xxxxx & Xxxxxxxxxx P.A., Xxxxx Xxxxxx of Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx LLC, and X. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx of Xxxxxx & Xxxxxx, P.A.
Co-Lead Counsel means the law firms of Scott+Scott and Lowey Dannenberg, which the Court appointed as interim co-lead class counsel on May 2, 2019.

Examples of Co-Lead Counsel in a sentence

  • Subject to Co-Lead Counsel’s sole discretion as to timing, except that the timing must be consistent with rules requiring that Settlement Class Members be given the opportunity to review fee applications, Co-Lead Counsel may apply to the Court for a fee award, plus expenses, and costs incurred, to be paid out of the Settlement Fund.

  • After preliminary approval of the Settlement and approval of a class notice plan, Co-Lead Counsel may utilize a portion of the Settlement Fund to provide notice of the Settlement to potential members of the Settlement Class.
