Physical Delivery Notice definition

Physical Delivery Notice means an irrevocable notice to the Calculation Agent on behalf of the Company by which the Noteholder confirms its holding of the Notes and provides contact details, such notice being in the form set out in Schedule 3 hereto;
Physical Delivery Notice means a duly completed physical delivery notice in the form set out in Schedule 2 (duly completed to the satisfaction of the Calculation Agent) of the Trust Deed.
