Final Delivery Date definition

Final Delivery Date means the date the Supplier is entitled to deliver the Products form the Purchaser even if the Products have not been called off as agreed in any Sales Agreement.
Final Delivery Date means the date on which all of the Vessels shall have been transferred and delivered by the Builder to the Borrowers;
Final Delivery Date means the date that is two (2) months after the Scheduled Delivery Date.
