Phase III Landfill Gas System definition

Phase III Landfill Gas System means that portion of the Landfill Gas System developed, installed, and operated by the Gas Producer pursuant to the Phase III Landfill Gas System Scope of Work and which is intended to function in coordination with facilities installed in Phases I and II.
