Phase III Land definition

Phase III Land means the portion of Project Land admeasuring 15942.12 sqm. (171600.98 sq. ft.)
Phase III Land means the plot of land of approximately 450,000 m2 in the Port of Fujairah near the Phase I & II Land where the Company expects to locate its Phase III facilities.
Phase III Land. The particular parcel of land in the Office, Research and Development Park described in Schedule L3 attached hereto. The Phase III Land is adjacent to the Subject Land to the east. Phase III Landlord: Waterford Park Phase III, LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company and which is a Landlord Affiliate. Phase III Ground Lease: A 99-year lease of the Phase III Land between Ground Landlord and Phase III Landlord (as Ground Tenant) dated on or about the Date of this Lease and entitled "Phase III Ground Lease from Hillside School, Inc. to Waterford Park Phase III, LLC for Land Located in Marlborough, Massachusetts". A copy of the Phase III Ground Lease is attached hereto as Schedule G3. A notice of the Phase III Ground Lease is to be recorded with Middlesex South Registry of Deeds.

Examples of Phase III Land in a sentence

  • Phase III Landlord (an affiliate of Landlord) presently leases the Phase III Land from Ground Landlord for a 99 year term pursuant to the Phase III Ground Lease.

  • The City has asked Seller to convey to the City a new 25-foot wide utility easement to be located to the South of and contiguous with the Existing Easement (to the extent this easement is located within the Phase II Land and the Phase III Land, the "New Easement").

  • Such fee shall be due and payable on the effective date of this Amendment.

  • In addition, so long as Tenant is leasing the entire Initial Premises pursuant hereto, Tenant may use the Phase II Land and/or the Phase III Land to satisfy its parking needs, in addition to or in lieu of building structured parking on the Phase I Land, subject to Tenant's obligation to pay the incremental site development costs attributable to the removal of any such temporary parking lot pursuant to Section 3.5 hereof and pursuant to the Phased Development Agreement.

  • Phase III Landlord shall reserve the Phase III Land for Tenant's possible future expansion until such time.

  • In particular, reference is made to the definitions of Phase III Land, Phase III Landlord, Phase III Building, Phase III Project and Phase III Premises set forth in Section 1.1 of the Lease.

  • The Office, Research and Development Park consists of the Subject Land, Phase II Land, Phase III Land and related easements.

  • From and after the date either the Phase II Land or the Phase III Land ceases to be leased to Tenant hereunder, such land shall be unavailable to serve Tenant's parking needs for the Building, all of which parking shall thereafter be accommodated on the Phase I Land in the structured parking to be constructed thereon in order to satisfy all applicable parking requirements.

  • The locations and approximate boundaries of the Phase I Land, the Phase II Land, and the Phase III Land are depicted on Exhibit B attached to this Agreement (the “Land Areas Exhibit”).

  • Tenant's Phase III Expansion Option shall be binding on the Phase III Landlord and any successors or assigns thereof, and shall run with the leasehold interest in the Phase III Land under the Phase III Ground Lease.


More Definitions of Phase III Land

Phase III Land. The particular parcel of land in the Office, Research and Development Park described in Schedule L3 attached hereto. The Phase III Land is adjacent to the Subject Land to the east.
Phase III Land means that certain unimproved parcel of land presently owned by Madison County, Tennessee consisting of approximately 22.02 acres which lies immediately north of and contiguous to the Southwind Property.
Phase III Land means the portion of the Land to be determined and described in accordance with Section 2.3(b). Purchaser intends to construct the Phase III Project on the Phase III Land.

Related to Phase III Land

  • Phase III means Phase I (or Phase I/II), Phase II (or Phase II/III) and Phase III clinical trials, respectively, in each case as prescribed by applicable FDA IND Regulations, or any corresponding foreign statutes, rules or regulations.

  • Phase II means the second part of the tuition incentive assistance program which provides assistance in the third and fourth year of 4-year degree programs.

  • Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;

  • Said Land shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Recital XV of this Deed and which is more fully and particularly described in the Second Schedule written hereunder and delineated and demarcated in Annexure – B hereto;

  • Redevelopment Project Area means an area designated by the municipality, which is not less in the aggregate than 1 1/2 acres and in respect to which the municipality has made a finding that there exist conditions which cause the area to be classified as an industrial park conservation area or a blighted area or a conservation area, or a combination of both blighted areas and conservation areas.

  • Phase I means the first part of the tuition incentive assistance program defined as the academic period of 80 semester or 120 term credits, or less, leading to an associate degree or certificate.

  • Undeveloped Land means (i) land owned in fee by the Company or any Subsidiary as of December 31, 2016 which at the time of determination has not been developed for commercial or residential purposes, (ii) land acquired by the Company or any Subsidiary subsequent to December 31, 2016 pursuant to a Code section 1031 like-kind exchange (in exchange for land described in clause (i) or (ii) of this definition) which at the time of determination has not been developed for commercial or residential purposes, or (iii) capital stock or other equity interests of a Subsidiary which owns as its principal asset, directly or indirectly, Undeveloped Land described in clause (i) or (ii) of this definition.

  • Phase 1 means the first implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2018 and ending May 31, 2022.

  • Expansion Project has the meaning set forth in Section IV.3.a of this Agreement.

  • Phase II Study means a human clinical trial, for which the primary endpoints include a determination of dose ranges and/or a preliminary determination of efficacy in patients being studied as described in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(b) (FDCA), as amended from time to time, and the foreign equivalent thereof.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Developed Land means non-vacant land that is likely to be redeveloped during the planning period.

  • Project area budget means a multiyear projection of annual or cumulative

  • Phase or “Phases” in respect of the Project shall mean that the components of the Project are placed in service during more than one year during the Investment Period, and the word “Phase” shall therefore refer to the applicable portion of the Project placed in service in a given year during the Investment Period.

  • Redevelopment Area means the community redevelopment area described, defined or otherwise identified or referred to in the Redevelopment Plan.

  • Phase III Study means a human clinical trial that is prospectively designed to demonstrate statistically whether a product is safe and effective for use in humans in a manner sufficient to obtain regulatory approval to market such product in patients having the disease or condition being studied as described in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(c) (FDCA), as amended from time to time, and the foreign equivalent thereof.

  • Redevelopment project means any work or undertaking

  • Unimproved Land means land on which no development (other than improvements that are not material and are temporary in nature) has occurred.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Phase 3 means the period commencing on the day after the Phase 2 implementation date and ending on the Phase 3 implementation date (as defined below).

  • Phase I Study means a study in humans which provides for the first introduction into humans of a product, conducted in healthy volunteers or patients to obtain information on product safety, tolerability, pharmacological activity or pharmacokinetics, as more fully defined in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(a) (or the non-United States equivalent thereof).

  • Area A means the area marked “Area A” outlined in red on the Plan (excluding that part shaded grey on the Plan);

  • Phase III Trial means a human Clinical Trial of the Licensed Product, which trial is designed (a) to establish that the Licensed Product is safe and efficacious for its intended use; (b) to define warnings, precautions and adverse reactions that are associated with the Licensed Product in the dosage range to be prescribed; and (c) consistent with 21 CFR § 312.21(c).

  • Redevelopment Property means a property owned by the Company or a Consolidated Subsidiary (a) where the commenced leased square footage is less than 60% of the sum of net rentable square feet and redevelopment space, with reasonable adjustments to leased square footage determined in good faith by the Company, including adjustments for available power, required support space and common area and (b) that the Company reasonably characterizes as held in whole or in part for redevelopment.

  • Condominium Project Real estate including the separate ownership in fee, or on a satisfactory leasehold estate, of a particular residential unit with an indivisible interest in the real estate designated for common ownership strictly by unit owners.

  • Phase II Trial means a clinical trial of a Licensed Product on patients, including possibly pharmacokinetic and dose ranging studies, the principal purposes of which are to make a preliminary determination that such Licensed Product is safe for its intended use and to obtain sufficient information about such Licensed Product’s efficacy to permit the design of further clinical trials, and generally consistent with 21 CFR §312.21(b), or its successor regulation, or the equivalent in any foreign country.
