Phase 2 PARCA Works definition

Phase 2 PARCA Works means Phase 2 Schedule A Works, Phase 2 Schedule B Works, Phase 2 Schedule C Works, Phase 2 Schedule D Works, Phase 2 Schedule E Works, Phase 2 Schedule F Works and Phase 2 Schedule G Works.
Phase 2 PARCA Works means Phase 2 works as described in the Phase 1 PARCA Works Report.
Phase 2 PARCA Works means Phase 2 Schedule A Works, Phase 2 Schedule B Works, Phase 2 Schedule C Works, Phase 2 Schedule D Works, Phase 2 Schedule E Works, Phase 2 Schedule F Works, Phase 2 Schedule G Works.

Examples of Phase 2 PARCA Works in a sentence

  • National Grid will require a Revenue Driver (calculated in accordance with the methodology produced pursuant to Licence Special Condition 9C) to be agreed between National Grid and the Authority and published for the NTS Exit Point before progressing beyond the Phase 2 PARCA Works if it is to release Incremental Obligated Exit Capacity at that NTS Exit Point.

  • Throughout the duration of the PARCA up to the end of the Phase 2 PARCA Works, National Grid will assess whether the requested Firm NTS Entry Capacity can be met, in part or whole, through Entry Capacity Substitution.

  • National Grid will require Authority approval of a Funded Incremental Obligated Capacity (FIOC) Project Direction, specifying an output, delivery date and associated allowances as per Special Condition 3.13 Part C and published for the NTS Exit Point before progressing beyond the Phase 2 PARCA Works if it is to release Incremental Obligated Exit Capacity at that NTS Exit Point.

  • Phase 2 PARCA Works has the meaning given to the same term in the generic PARCA.

  • National Grid will require a Revenue Driver (calculated in accordance with the methodology produced pursuant to Licence Special Condition 9C and referred to in paragraph106) to be agreed between National Grid and the Authority and published for the ASEP before progressing beyond the Phase 2 PARCA Works if it is to release Incremental Obligated Entry Capacity at that ASEP.

Related to Phase 2 PARCA Works

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Infrastructure improvement means permanent infrastructure that is essential for the public health and safety or that:

  • Site Improvements means any construction work on, or improvement to, streets, roads, parking facilities, sidewalks, drainage structures and utilities.

  • Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;

  • Phase 1 means the first implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2018 and ending May 31, 2022.

  • Needs Improvement the Educator’s performance on a standard or overall is below the requirements of a standard or overall, but is not considered to be unsatisfactory at this time. Improvement is necessary and expected.  Unsatisfactory: the Educator’s performance on a standard or overall has not significantly improved following a rating of needs improvement, or the Educator’s performance is consistently below the requirements of a standard or overall and is considered inadequate, or both.

  • Clean coal technology demonstration project means a project using funds appropriated under the heading “Department of Energy—Clean Coal Technology,” up to a total amount of $2,500,000,000 for commercial demonstration of clean coal technology, or similar projects funded through appropriations for the Environmental Protection Agency. The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.

  • Home improvement means the remodeling, altering,

  • Redevelopment Project Area means an area designated by the municipality, which is not less in the aggregate than 1 1/2 acres and in respect to which the municipality has made a finding that there exist conditions which cause the area to be classified as an industrial park conservation area or a blighted area or a conservation area, or a combination of both blighted areas and conservation areas.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Private Improvements means the improvements to be constructed on the Property that are not Public Improvements.

  • Pilot project means an innovative environmental project that covers one or more designated facilities, designed and implemented in the form of an EMSA. (See Section 52.3 of the Act.)

  • Digital audio-visual works which means a series of related images which, when shown in succession, impart an impression of motion, together with accompanying sounds, if any;

  • Redevelopment Area means the community redevelopment area described, defined or otherwise identified or referred to in the Redevelopment Plan.

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Built-Up Area and/or “Covered Area” in relation to a Flat shall mean the floor area of that Flat including the area of balconies and terraces, if any attached thereto, and also the thickness of the walls (external or internal) and the columns and pillars therein Provided That if any wall, column or pillar be common between two Flats, then one-half of the area under such wall column or pillar shall be included in the built-up area of each such Flat.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Maximum medical improvement means that no further material improvement would reasonably be expected from medical treatment or the passage of time;

  • Temporary clean coal technology demonstration project means a clean coal technology demonstration project that is operated for a period of five years or less and that complies with the SIP and other requirements necessary to attain and maintain the national ambient air quality standards during the project and after the project is terminated.
