Pest Control Activities. All activities from initiation of work area preparation through successful treatment of the target pest identified within the Initial Inspection Report.
Pest Control Activities. All pest control activities, chemical and non-chemical, shall be approved by the State prior to action by the Concessionaire. Concessionaire, or the pest control business acting on behalf of Concessionaire, shall submit a DPR 191, “Pest Control Recommendation” (or equivalent) to the State for approval. The State has fourteen (14) days to approve or deny the request. Such approval shall be solely for compliance with State’s policies and in no way shall relieve Concessionaire or its contractors, employees, agents or representatives from compliance with all laws and regulations concerning such activities and from carrying out the work in a workmanlike manner. Concessionaire, or the pest control business acting on behalf of Concessionaire, shall submit a report of completed work for each pest management action to the State no later than seven (7) days after performance of the work. The report may be submitted on a DPR 191, “Pest Control Recommendation” (or equivalent information).

  • Restricted Activities means and includes the following:

  • Environmental Activities means the use, generation, transportation, handling, discharge, production, treatment, storage, release or disposal of any Hazardous Materials at any time to or from any portion of the Premises or located on or present on or under any portion of the Premises.

  • PJM Control Area means the Control Area recognized by NERC as the PJM Control Area.

  • Instrumental activities of daily living (IADL) means routine activities performed around the home or in the community and includes the following:

  • Instrumental activities of daily living or “IADL” means tasks consisting of housekeeping, laundry, shopping, transportation, medication management and meal preparation.

  • Activities has the meaning specified in Section 7.02(b).

  • Established geographic service area means a geographic area, as approved by the Commissioner and based on the carrier's certificate of authority to transact insurance in this state, within which the carrier is authorized to provide coverage;
