Pertinent change management model, leadership practices and challenges in managing a changing police organization are discussed.
Relevant change means a change that is or might be detrimental to the interests of an insured person in its scope, level, or amount of treatment, benefits payable or increase to the premiums payable.
Significant change means a major decline or improvement in the tenant’s status which does not normally resolve itself without further interventions by staff or by implementing standard disease-related clinical interventions that have an impact on the tenant’s mental, physical, or functional health status.
Date Data means any existing data or input of date which includes an indication of or reference to date.
Implementation Date means the date, occurring after the Approval Date, on which the Merger is implemented by the Merging Parties;
Investigative information means information, records, and documents received or generated by a physical therapy licensing board pursuant to an investigation.
Current significant investigative information means investigative information that a licensing board, after an inquiry or investigation that includes notification and an opportunity for the audiologist or speech-language pathologist to respond, if required by state law, has reason to believe is not groundless and, if proved true, would indicate more than a minor infraction.
Price Sensitive Information means any information which relates, directly or indirectly, to a company and which if published is likely to materially affect the price of securities of the company.
DXC Sensitive Information means DXC Confidential Information, Intellectual Property, PHI, DXC Customer data, and Personal Information.
Sensitive Information means controlled unclassified information of a commercial, financial, proprietary, or privileged nature. The term includes technical data and computer software, but does not include information that is lawfully, publicly available without restriction.
Applicable Servicing Criteria With respect to the Servicer, the Special Servicer or any Servicing Function Participant, the Servicing Criteria applicable to it, as set forth on Exhibit L attached hereto. For clarification purposes, multiple parties can have responsibility for the same Applicable Servicing Criteria and with respect to a Servicing Function Participant engaged by the Servicer or the Special Servicer, the term “Applicable Servicing Criteria” may refer to a portion of the Applicable Servicing Criteria applicable to the Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be.
Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.
Commercially Sensitive Information Schedule means the Schedule containing a list of the Commercially Sensitive Information.
Minor Change means an amendment of an existing authorisation that is not of a purely administrative nature and requires only a limited re-assessment of the properties or efficacy of the biocidal product or biocidal product family;
Plan Implementation Date means the Business Day on which all of the conditions precedent to the implementation of the Plan have been fulfilled, or, to the extent permitted pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Plan, waived, as evidenced by the Monitor’s Plan Implementation Date Certificate to be filed with the Court;
Serious health condition means an illness, injury, impairment, or physical or mental condition that involves:
Material Change in Content means the occurrence since the Launch Date of a material change in the content, composition or constitution of the Futures Contract or the Commodity.
Regulatory Problem means any set of facts or circumstance wherein it has been asserted by any governmental regulatory agency (or a Regulated Stockholder reasonably believes that there is a risk of such assertion) that such Regulated Stockholder is not entitled to acquire, own, hold or control, or exercise any significant right (including the right to vote) with respect to, any Equity Securities of the Company or any subsidiary of the Company.
Service Change has the meaning set forth in Section 2(B) of the Agreement.
Asbestos-containing material or “ACM” means asbestos or any material containing more than one percent (1%) asbestos as determined using methods specified in 40 CFR 763, Subpart E, Appendix E, Section I, Polarized Light Microscopy* including Category I and Category II ACM and all friable material.
Program change means any elimination, curtailment or reorganization of a curriculum offering, program or school operation or a reorganization or closing of a school or consolidation of two or more individual schools or school districts that is unrelated to financial exigency.
Adverse impact means any deleterious effect on waters or wetlands, including their quality, quantity, surface area, species composition, aesthetics or usefulness for human or natural uses which are or may potentially be harmful or injurious to human health, welfare, safety or property, to biological productivity, diversity, or stability or which unreasonably interfere with the enjoyment of life or property, including outdoor recreation.
Implementation Period means the period from the date of signing of the Agreement and up to the issuance of Final Acceptance Certificate for the project.
Wireless support structure means a freestanding structure designed to support or capable of supporting small cell wireless facilities. Wireless support structure does not include a utility pole.
Exigent Circumstances means circumstances where collection or disclosure is urgently necessary, such that procedures that would otherwise be required cannot be followed.
Change Control Process has the meaning set forth in Section 2(B) of the Agreement.
