Public Report. Subdivider has applied for a California Department of Real Estate Public Report (“Public Report”) covering the Subdivision. Prior to obtaining the Public Report, the Subdivider is required pursuant to the provisions of Section 2792.10 of Chapter 6, Title 10, California Code of Regulations to make and retain in full force and effect arrangements to secure the prompt and faithful performance of Subdivider’s obligation to Association under Part One Paragraph 3 of this Agreement.
Public Report. Subdivider has applied for a California Department of Real Estate Public Report (“Public Report”) covering the Subdivision. Prior to obtaining the Public Report, the Subdivider is required pursuant to the provisions of Section 2792.9 of Chapter 6, Title 10, California Code of Regulations to make and retain in full force and effect arrangements securing Subdivider’s obligations as an owner of separate interests covered by the public report to pay regular and special assessments.
Public Report. MKHD has filed with the SEC all forms, reports, schedules, statements and other documents required to be filed by MKHD with the SEC as of the Closing Date.
Public Report. To the extent required by law and based on the progress of the Parties' negotiations, the County shall prepare any public report required by any applicable law regarding the County's disposition of the Property to the Developer (collectively, the "Public Report") to be submitted to the Board of Supervisors of the County in conjunction with the County's consideration of any Conveyance Agreement that results from negotiations pursuant to this Agreement.
Public Report. If this contract is entered into after the issuance of the Public Report this contract shall be a fully binding contract if (i) the Seller has accepted this contract; (ii) a copy of the Public Report and a copy of the Receipt For the Public Report and Notice of Right to Cancel Sales Contract, in the forms prescribed by the Hawaii condominium law have been delivered to the Buyer; (iii) the Buyer has been given an opportunity to read the Public Report; and (iv) the Buyer has executed said Receipt and Notice of Right to Cancel Sales Contract (which execution shall conclusively indicate that the Buyer has read the report) and has waived Buyer’s right to cancel, or is deemed to have receipted for the reports and to have waived the Buyer’s right to cancel. Public Report. Environment Canada will publish on its website (xxx.xx.xx.xx/xxx-xxx) progress reports based on reports received under this Agreement. Progress reports will be reviewed by all Parties before publication and will be considered confidential until final approval by all Parties.
Public Report. Subdivider/Developer has applied for a California Department of Real Estate Public Report (“Public Report”) covering the Subdivision. Prior to obtaining the Public Report, the Subdivider/Developer is required pursuant to the provisions of Business and Professions Code §11018.5(a)(2) or 11230 to make and retain in full force and effect arrangements assuring completion, free of all liens and claims, of certain common area improvements listed on the Planned Construction Statement attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “A” (“Improvements”).
Public Report. Borrower shall provide Lender with a copy of the Arizona State Real Estate Commissioner's Public Report relating to the sale of any individual lots or units included in this development as soon as that report is issued.
Public Report. DEAC has timely filed with the SEC all forms, reports, schedules, statements and other documents required to be filed by DEAC with the SEC, except for Form 10-K for period ending December 31, 2015, and Form 10-Q for period ending March, 2016, which are delinquent as of the First Closing Date.
Public Report. Environment Canada will publish on its website (xxx.xx.xx.xx/xxx-xxx) progress reports based on reports received under this Agreement. Environment Canada will give the Companies a reasonable opportunity to review and comment on draft progress reports before their publication. The Companies will conduct this review and respond back to Environment Canada within a reasonable period of time.
