Abandoned sign definition

Abandoned sign means a sign located on property which becomes vacant and unoccupied for a period of ninety (90) days or more, or any sign which pertains to a time, event or purpose which no longer applies;
Abandoned sign means an advertising device for which the owner has failed to timely apply for the required outdoor advertising permit(s) or has failed to timely pay the required fee(s).
