Performing Serviced Mortgage Loan. A Serviced Mortgage Loan that is not, and is not part of, a Specially Serviced Loan or REO Loan.

More Definitions of Performing Serviced Mortgage Loan

Performing Serviced Mortgage Loan means any Serviced Mortgage Loan that is a Performing Serviced Loan.
Performing Serviced Mortgage Loan. (or the equivalent) under the related Outside Servicing Agreement, any Outside Serviced Trust Mortgage Loan; and (ii) the sum of (1) the aggregate of all Master Servicing Fees received by the Master Servicer during such Collection Period with respect to the entire Mortgage Pool (but only to the extent of that portion thereof calculated at a rate of 0.01% per annum with respect to each and every Trust Mortgage Loan and REO Trust Mortgage Loan) and (2) the aggregate amount of Prepayment Interest Excesses received in respect of the entire Mortgage Pool during such Collection Period; provided, however, that if any Prepayment Interest Shortfall occurs with respect to any Serviced Trust Mortgage Loan as a result of the Master Servicer's allowing the Mortgagor to deviate from the terms of the related loan documents regarding principal prepayments, the Master Servicer shall be obligated to pay an amount equal to the entire Prepayment Interest Shortfall with respect to the subject Serviced Trust Mortgage Loan without any limitation of the kind set forth in clauses (1) and (2) above.
Performing Serviced Mortgage Loan means, as of any date of determination, any Serviced Mortgage Loan as to which no Servicing Transfer Event then exists.
Performing Serviced Mortgage Loan. Any Serviced Mortgage Loan (and, in the case where the St. Xxxxx Town Center Mortgage Loan is a Performing Serviced Mortgage Loan, the related Trust Subordinate Companion Loan) that is not a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan.

  • Retained Mortgage Loan File A file for each Mortgage Loan maintained by the Servicer prior to any Document Transfer Date and by the Custodian after any Document Transfer Date that contains the documents specified in Section 2.01(b) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and any additional documents required to be added to the Retained Mortgage Loan File pursuant to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

  • Distressed Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that at the date of determination is Delinquent in payment for a period of 90 days or more without giving effect to any grace period permitted by the related Mortgage Note or for which the applicable Servicer or the Trustee has accepted a deed in lieu of foreclosure.

  • Modified Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that has been the subject of a Servicing Modification.

  • Purchased Mortgage Loans means the collective reference to Mortgage Loans sold by Seller to Buyer in a Transaction hereunder, listed on the related Mortgage Loan Schedule attached to the related Transaction Request, which such Mortgage Loans the Custodian has been instructed to hold pursuant to the Custodial Agreement.

  • MERS Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan registered with MERS on the MERS System.
