Prepayment Interest Shortfall. As to any Distribution Date and any Mortgage Loan (other than a Mortgage Loan relating to an REO Property) that was the subject of (a) a Principal Prepayment in Full during the portion of the related Prepayment Period that falls during the prior calendar month, an amount equal to the excess of one month's interest at the Net Mortgage Rate (or Modified Net Mortgage Rate in the case of a Modified Mortgage Loan) on the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan over the amount of interest (adjusted to the Net Mortgage Rate (or Modified Net Mortgage Rate in the case of a Modified Mortgage Loan)) paid by the Mortgagor for such month to the date of such Principal Prepayment in Full or (b) a Curtailment during the prior calendar month, an amount equal to one month's interest at the Net Mortgage Rate (or Modified Net Mortgage Rate in the case of a Modified Mortgage Loan) on the amount of such Curtailment.
Prepayment Interest Shortfall. As to any Distribution Date and each Mortgage Loan subject to a Principal Prepayment received during the calendar month preceding such Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which one month's interest at the related Mortgage Interest Rate (net of the Servicing Fee) on such Principal Prepayment exceeds the amount of interest paid in connection with such Principal Prepayment.
Prepayment Interest Shortfall. With respect to any full or partial Principal Prepayment of a Mortgage Loan, the excess, if any, of (i) one full month’s interest at the applicable Mortgage Rate (as reduced by the Servicing Fee, as applicable, in the case of Principal Prepayments in full) on the outstanding principal balance of such Mortgage Loan immediately prior to such prepayment over (ii) the amount of interest actually received with respect to such Mortgage Loan in connection with such Principal Prepayment.

Prepayment Interest Shortfall. As to any Distribution Date, Mortgage Loan and Principal Prepayment received on or after the sixteenth day of the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date (or, in the case of the first Distribution Date, on or after the Cut-off Date) and on or before the last day of the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which one month's interest at the related Mortgage Rate, net of the Servicing Fee Rate, on such Principal Prepayment exceeds the amount of interest paid in connection with such Principal Prepayment.
