Town Center definition
Town Center means the area bordered by Grogan’s Mill Road on the west, Woodlands Parkway on the south, Research Forest Drive on the north and Interstate 45 on the east.
Town Center shall refer to areas designated by TRPA as a town center. These areas generally refer to concentrations of the Region’s non-residential services that have been targeted for redevelopment in a manner that improves environmental conditions, creates a more sustainable and less auto-dependent development pattern and provides economic opportunities in the Region.
