Performance Multiplier definition

Performance Multiplier means the percentage, from 0% to 200%, that will be applied to the Target Award to determine the number of Performance Shares that will convert to shares of Stock on the Conversion Date, as more fully described in Exhibit A hereto.

Performance Multiplier means the percentage, from 0% to 300%, that will be applied to the Target Award to determine the maximum number of Performance Share Units that may ultimately vest based on Grantee’s continued employment through the applicable Vesting Date(s), as more fully described in Exhibit A hereto.
