Earnings Per Share means earnings per share calculated in accordance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Earnings Per Share means as to any Performance Period, the Company’s Net Income or a business unit’s Pro Forma Net Income, divided by a weighted average number of Shares outstanding and dilutive common equivalent Shares deemed outstanding.
