Per Share Preferred Stock Consideration definition

Per Share Preferred Stock Consideration means, with respect to a share of any series of Preferred Stock, the Series A Per Share Consideration, the Series B Per Share Consideration, the Series C Per Share Consideration, the Series D Per Share Consideration and the Combined Series E Per Share Consideration, as applicable.

Per Share Preferred Stock Consideration means the Aggregate Preferred Stock Consideration Amount divided by the number of shares of Company Preferred Stock outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time.

Per Share Preferred Stock Consideration means the Per Share Consideration.

Per Share Preferred Stock Consideration has the meaning given to it in Section 2.06(e)(vii).

Per Share Preferred Stock Consideration means a number of shares of Apex Common Stock equal to: (a) the Aggregate Preferred Stock Consideration (as defined in the Business Combination Agreement), divided by (b) the AvePoint Preferred Stock Converted Shares.
