Buyer Preferred Stock definition

Buyer Preferred Stock means the preferred stock, par value $0.001 per share, of Buyer.
Buyer Preferred Stock has the meaning given to it in Section 5.5.
Buyer Preferred Stock shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.02(a) hereof.
