Series C Preferred Stock definition

Series C Preferred Stock means shares of the Company’s Series C Preferred Stock, par value $0.0001 per share.
Series C Preferred Stock means the shares of the Company’s Series C Preferred Stock.
Series C Preferred Stock means the Series C Convertible Preferred Stock of the Company (including any Series C Preferred Stock issued in respect of dividend payments thereon).

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, if the Company issues additional shares of Series C Preferred Stock after the date hereof, pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, any purchaser of such shares of Series C Preferred Stock may become a party to this Agreement by executing and delivering an additional counterpart signature page to this Agreement, and thereafter shall be deemed an “Investor” for all purposes hereunder.
