Participatory Service definition

Participatory Service means the number of complete years (with complete months computed as twelfths of a year) of a Member's continuous participation in the Plan prior to January 1st, 1979. In computing Participatory Service, the date upon which the Member's contributions first became payable in his most recent period of participation shall be taken as the beginning of Participatory Service.
