  • The minimum and maximum length of time the gas may be left in Customer’s Park Account will be stated in Customer’s Interruptible Park and Loan Service Agreement.

  • The form of the PALS Request Order attached hereto or such other mutually agreeable form, when executed by the parties shall evidence their agreement as to the terms of the particular transaction for the Park and Loan Service pursuant to this Agreement, including the quantity, rate, Receipt and Delivery Points for parking and lending and the term.

Related to Park and Loan Service

  • Front-end Load means the Sales load which may be included in the offering price of the Units; provided however that different levels of Front-end Load may be applied to different investors, as determined by the Management Company. However aggregate of Front-end Load and Back-end Load should not exceed 3% of Net Asset Value.
