Back-end Load definition

Back-end Load means the charge deducted from the Net Asset Value in determining the Redemption Price; provided however that different levels of Back-end Load may be applied to different classes of Units, as specified in this document.

More Definitions of Back-end Load

Back-end Load means the charge deducted from the Net Asset Value in determining the Redemption Price; provided however that different levels of Back- end Load may be applied to different classes of Units, as specified in this document. Such load shall not form part of the Trust Property of the Fund.
Back-end Load means a Processing Charge, not exceeding five percent (5%) of the Net Asset Value, deducted by the Management Company from the Net Asset Value in determining the Redemption Price. The back-end load shall form part of fund property.
