Parent NQ Savings Plan definition

Parent NQ Savings Plan means the FMC Corporation Non-Qualified Savings and Investment Plan.
Parent NQ Savings Plan means the FMC Corporation Non-Qualified Savings and Investment Plan. “Parent Option” means each option to acquire Parent Common Stock granted under the Parent Equity Plan. “Parent Participant” means any individual who is a Parent Employee or Parent Contractor, and any beneficiary, dependent, or alternate payee of such individual, as the context requires. “Parent Plan” means any Employee Plan (other than a Lithium Plan) sponsored, maintained, administered, contributed to or entered into by any member of the Parent Group. For the avoidance of doubt, no Lithium Plan is a Parent Plan. “Parent Pre-Distribution Stock Value” means the value of a share of Parent Common Stock that will be determined by the Parent Board (or an appropriate committee thereof), in its sole discretion, in a manner intended to preserve the aggregate value of the applicable outstanding equity awards. “Parent PRSU” means each award of restricted share units with respect to Parent Common Stock granted under the Parent Equity Plan subject to performance-based vesting conditions. “Parent Retained Employee Liabilities” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(a) hereto. “Parent Retiree H&W Plan” means any Parent H&W Plan that provides or promises any post-retirement health, medical or life insurance or similar benefits (whether insured or self-insured). 6 #90914078v33
