Parent Member Group means, with respect to CME Group at any time, CME Group and all of CME Group Members at such time, and with respect to MH at any time, MH and the MH Members at such time.

  • Each Parent (the “Guarantor Parent”) absolutely, irrevocably and unconditionally guarantees the full and timely payment and performance of the obligations of the other members of its respective Parent Member Group (the “Guaranteed Members”) to the other Parent, the other members of such other Parent’s Parent Member Group and the Company (any party to whom such obligations are owed, a “Beneficiary”) when due and payable or required to be performed, as applicable, in accordance with this Agreement.

Related to Parent Member Group
