Parallel Funds definition

Parallel Funds. As defined in Section 2.10(a).
Parallel Funds means any limited partnership or other Person having the same investment strategy as the Partnership organized by the General Partner (or at the General Partner’s direction) to meet certain regulatory or tax requirements or the specific organizational requirements of any Person who, but for such requirements, would be a Limited Partner of the Partnership, but only if the acquisition of interests in and organization of such Parallel Fund occurs on or prior to the Final Closing.
Parallel Funds. As defined in the Main Fund Agreement.

  • Aggregators: The collective reference to the Master Aggregator and any other vehicles used to aggregate the holdings of the Partnership and any Parallel Funds.
