Ownership Tranche definition

Ownership Tranche means the portion of the Net Investment of any Owner allocated to a Tranche Period, which shall be identical in all respects, except for their respective Ownership Group Purchase Limit and principal amounts funded in respect of such tranches, and certain matters relating to the rate and payment of interest applicable to each Ownership Tranche. The initial allocation among Ownership Tranches and any modifications thereto shall be made by the related Owner and Funding Agent and notice of such allocation shall promptly be provided to the Transferor and Servicer.
Ownership Tranche means each of the ownership tranches into which the Series 2017-VFN Notes may be divided from time to time, which shall be identical in all respects, except for their respective Commitments and principal amounts funded in respect of such tranches, and certain matters relating to the rate and payment of interest applicable to each Ownership Tranche. The initial allocation of Series 2017-VFN Notes among Ownership Tranches and any modifications thereto shall be made as provided in Sections 2.1(a) and 2.2, as applicable, of this Agreement.

  • The interest accrued on any Class A Ownership Tranche (or related Class A Funding Tranche) for any Distribution Period shall be determined using the applicable Class A Tranche Rate and shall equal the product of (x) the Weighted Average Class A Principal Balance for that Class A Ownership Tranche (or Class A Funding Tranche), (y) the applicable Class A Tranche Rate and (z) the applicable Day Count Fraction.
