Extended Tranche definition
Extended Tranche has the meaning specified in Section 2.19(a).

Examples of Extended Tranche in a sentence
Any Extended Tranche shall constitute a separate tranche of Loans from the Specified Existing Tranches, from any other Existing Tranches, and from any other Extended Tranches so established on or after such date.
No Lender shall have any obligation to agree to have any of its Existing Loans converted into an Extended Tranche pursuant to any Extension Request.
Any Lender (an “Extending Lender”) wishing to have all or a portion of its Specified Existing Tranche converted into an Extended Tranche shall notify the Administrative Agent (an “Extension Election”) on or prior to the date specified in such Extension Request of the amount of its Specified Existing Tranche that it elects to convert into an Extended Tranche.
