Original Tranche definition

Original Tranche means each of Tranche A, Tranche B, Tranche C, Tranche D, Tranche E or Tranche F.
Original Tranche means each of the tranches into which the Commitment and/or the Loan was initially sub-divided up to the Sixth Effective Date (being the Initial Tranche and the Additional Tranche) or (as the context may require) the principal amount thereof outstanding at any relevant time until the Sixth Effective Date, and:
Original Tranche. A Term Loan Commitment". Each Tranche A Term Loan Lender identified on Schedule 1.1 hereto as having an Additional Tranche A Term Loan Commitment severally has made an additional term loan (an "Additional Tranche A Term Loan"; together with the Original Tranche A Term Loans, the "Tranche A Term Loans") on the Amendment Closing Date in an aggregate principal amount set forth opposite such Lender's name in Schedule 1.1 under the heading "Additional Tranche A Term Loan Commitment".

Examples of Original Tranche in a sentence

  • If the number of Shares of the New Tranche to be issued on conversion is not an integral number of Shares, the Company may at its discretion issue fractional new Shares or return the surplus arising to the Shareholder seeking to convert Shares of the Original Tranche.

  • Otherwise no conversion fees will be charged in respect of any such conversion except in the case of conversion from one currency to another and provided that swing pricing may apply to, the issue of Shares in the New Tranche, or to the redemption of Shares in the Original Tranche.

  • The general provisions and procedures relating to redemptions of shares of the Original Tranche and subscriptions for Shares of the New Tranche will apply to any conversion of Shares.

  • Shares may be exchanged on a Dealing Day, in both the Original Tranche and the New Tranche, upon notice given not later than the earlier of the Redemption Cut-Off Time for the Original Tranche or the Subscription Cut-Off Time for the New Tranche and be dealt with at the Net Asset Value per Share on the relevant Dealing Day, as set out in the relevant Supplement.

  • The general provisions and procedures relating to redemptions of Shares of the Original Tranche and subscriptions for Shares of the New Tranche will apply to any conversion of Shares.

  • The Administrative Agent shall have received this Agreement, duly executed by (A) each Original Tranche 5 Lender, or in lieu of one or more Original Tranche 5 Lenders, one or more Additional Tranche 5 Lenders and (B) each of the other parties hereto.

  • Borrower shall have paid in cash, substantially simultaneously with the making of Additional Tranche 5 Term Loans and the conversion by amendment of Original Tranche 5 Term Loans, to the Administrative Agent for the account of all Original Tranche 5 Lenders all accrued and unpaid interest on the Original Tranche 5 Term Loans, in each case, to, but not including, the Amendment Date.

  • The Tranche 5 Term Loans (whether consisting of Additional Tranche 5 Term Loans or Original Tranche 5 Term Loans amended by the terms of this Amendment) will constitute one class of Term Loans on the terms set forth in Annex I hereto.

Original Tranche means the Principal amount outstanding plus all accrued but unpaid Interest thereon and such other amounts outstanding under this Note immediately prior to the First Incremental Closing Date.
