Incremental Term Commitments definition

Incremental Term Commitments has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(a).

Examples of Incremental Term Commitments in a sentence

• The terms, provisions and documentation of the Incremental Term Loans and Incremental Term Commitments or the Incremental Revolving Credit Loans and Incremental Revolving Credit Commitments, as the case may be, of any Class shall be identical to the Term Loans or Revolving Credit Commitments, as applicable.

• The Commitments (excluding any Incremental Term Commitments or Other Term Commitments) shall automatically terminate at 5:00 P.M., New York City time, on the Closing Date.

• The aggregate principal amount of the Effective Date Incremental Term Commitments of all Incremental Term Lenders as of the date of this Agreement is $925,000,000.

More Definitions of Incremental Term Commitments

Incremental Term Commitments shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.20(a).

Incremental Term Commitments means commitments of one or more Incremental Term Lenders to a tranche of an Incremental Term Facility as set forth in the relevant Incremental Term Facility Amendment.
