Incremental Term Commitments definition
Incremental Term Commitments has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(a).

Incremental Term Commitments means commitments of one or more Incremental Term Lenders to a tranche of an Incremental Term Facility as set forth in the relevant Incremental Term Facility Amendment.
Incremental Term Commitments means one or more Classes of term loan commitments hereunder that are established to fund Incremental Term Loans hereunder pursuant to an Incremental Facility Amendment.
