Subject to the satisfaction of the conditions of effectiveness set forth in Section 3 hereof and in accordance with Section 2.14 of the Amended Credit Agreement, certain Lenders shall provide Incremental Revolving Commitments in an aggregate amount equal to $400,000,000.
In connection with such Incremental Revolving Commitments, the Borrower, the Administrative Agent, and the Lenders (other than the Exiting Lender) waive any limitations in Section 2.14(a)(ii) of the Existing Credit Agreement to the contrary.
