The terms and provisions of any Incremental Revolving Commitments shall be identical to the existing Revolving Commitments.
Neither any Incremental Revolving Amendment, nor any such amendments to the other Loan Documents or such other new Loan Documents, shall be required to be executed or approved by any Lender, other than the Lenders providing such Incremental Revolving Commitments, and the Administrative Agent, in order to be effective.
In addition, unless otherwise specifically provided herein, all references in Loan Documents to Revolving Loans or Term Loans shall be deemed, unless the context otherwise requires, to include references to Revolving Loans made pursuant to Incremental Revolving Commitments and Incremental Term Loans that are Term Loans, respectively, made pursuant to this Agreement.
The effectiveness of any Incremental Revolving Amendment shall be subject to the satisfaction on the date thereof of each of the conditions set forth above and as such other conditions as requested by the Lenders under the Incremental Revolving Commitments established in connection therewith.
Any Incremental Revolving Commitments established pursuant to an Incremental Facility Amendment shall have substantially the same terms as and be deemed to be Revolving Commitments for all purposes of this Agreement.
