Each party hereto hereby agrees that, upon the effectiveness of any Incremental Assumption Agreement, this Agreement and any other Loan Documents shall be amended to the extent (but only to the extent) necessary to reflect the existence and terms of the Incremental Revolving Facility Commitments evidenced thereby as provided for in Section 9.08(e).
Each such Borrowing Request shall be irrevocable (other than in the case of any Borrowing Request given in respect of Incremental Revolving Facility Commitments, which may be conditioned as provided in the applicable Incremental Assumption Agreement).
For purposes of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, such Extending Lender will be deemed to have an Incremental Revolving Facility Commitment having the terms of such Extended Revolving Facility Commitment.
Any such extension (an “Extension”) agreed to between the Borrower and any such Lender (an “Extending Lender”) will be established under this Agreement by implementing an Incremental Revolving Facility Commitment for such Lender if such Lender is extending an existing Revolving Facility Commitment (such extended Revolving Facility Commitment, an “Extended Revolving Facility Commitment” and any Revolving Facility Loans made thereunder, “Extended Revolving Loans”).
