  • Each party hereto hereby agrees that, upon the effectiveness of any Incremental Assumption Agreement, this Agreement and any other Loan Documents shall be amended to the extent (but only to the extent) necessary to reflect the existence and terms of the Incremental Revolving Facility Commitments evidenced thereby as provided for in Section 9.08(e).

Incremental Revolving Facility means any Class of Incremental Revolving Facility Commitments and the Incremental Revolving Loans made thereunder.
