Operational Contracts definition

Operational Contracts means all contracts and agreements that are reasonably necessary to own, explore, develop, operate, maintain or use the Oil and Gas Interests of a Person in the manner in which they are currently being owned, explored, developed, operated, maintained or used, and in accordance with the prudent practices of the oil and gas industry.

More Definitions of Operational Contracts

Operational Contracts means those agreements and contracts to which the Corporation is a party relating to the ongoing infrastructure, operations and day-to-day management of the Corporation's business and which are necessary to operate the Corporation's business as presently operated, all of which are listed and described in Schedule 1.1(aaa);
Operational Contracts means all right, title and interest of Seller, if any, in and to any and all contracts, purchase orders, service contracts, equipment leases, maintenance contracts, utility contracts, billboard contracts or billboard leases, travel agency agreements, telephone service agreements, and other agreements pertaining to the ownership, operation and maintenance of the Real Property, the Improvements and/or the Tangible Personal Property, excluding the Marriott License Agreement, the Radisson License Agreement (Atlanta), the Radisson License Agreement (Orlando), the Hotel Management Agreement and the Office Management Agreement. A list of the Operational Contracts in existence as of the Effective Date is set forth in Exhibit D.

Related to Operational Contracts

  • Project Contracts means collectively this Agreement, the Land Lease Agreement, the Construction Contract, O&M Contracts (if any) and any other material contract (other than the Financing Documents) entered into or may hereafter be entered into by the Concessionaire in connection with the Project;

  • Original Contract means the initial contract or price agreement solicited and awarded during a cooperative procurement by an administering contracting agency.

  • Financial Contract of a Person means (i) any exchange-traded or over-the-counter futures, forward, swap or option contract or other financial instrument with similar characteristics or (ii) any Rate Management Transaction.

  • Acquired Contracts has the meaning given in Section 2.1(a).

  • Project Operational Manual means the manual to be adopted pursuant to Section 6.01 (b) of this Agreement and referred to in paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, outlining policies, procurement and implementation procedures and monitoring guidelines for the Project;

  • Central Contracts and Legal Services means the DSHS central headquarters contracting office, or successor section or office.

  • Assumed Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(d).

  • Scheduled Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 4.16.

  • Project Agreements means this Agreement, EPC Contract, O&M Contract and any other agreements or material contracts that may be entered into by the Developer with any person in connection with matters relating to, arising out of or incidental to the Project.
