The Tangible Personal Property Clause Samples

The Tangible Personal Property constitutes substantially all tangible personal property used by the Company to conduct the business of the Company. All of the Tangible Personal Property is located at the Real Property and there is no Tangible Personal Property located at any of the Real Property which is not owned or leased by the Company.

Tenant shall have the right to excavate, remove, use, dispose of or sell any sand and gravel within the Real Property as Tenant deems appropriate for development of the Real Property or the Purchased Developable Land, and Landlord shall, if requested to do so by Tenant, execute any documentation or agreements reasonably required by Tenant evidencing such rights. The amendment, modification or termination of any or all licenses and permits relating to Water Rights shall require the prior consent or approval of Landlord (which Landlord shall not unreasonably withhold) unless such action has obtained the prior consent or approval of the Board of Water Commissioners for the City.
The Tangible Personal Property constitutes substantially all tangible personal property necessary to conduct the business of each of the SP Companies as currently being conducted. All of the Tangible Personal Property is located at the Current Real Property and there is no Tangible Personal Property located at any of the Current Real Property which is not owned or leased by the SP Companies other than minor personal effects of Employees.
