Operating craft employee means any employee of a railroad
Operating craft employee means any employee of a railroad carrier who performs service in an operating craft on a railroad or directs the work of an operating craft employee as a scheduled employee, and includes any other employee of a railroad carrier who performs safety sensitive tasks associated with railroad operations.
Operating craft employee means a person employed by a railroad carrier and identified as train or yard crew as defined in 49 C.F.R. Part 218.5.
