Old Senior Notes definition

Old Senior Notes means the 9 1/4% Senior Notes and the 10 1/8% Senior Notes.
Old Senior Notes means CMI's 91/8% Senior Notes due 2002 in the aggregate, original, principal amount of $100 million.
Old Senior Notes means the 14% Senior Discount Notes due 2005 of the Company.
