Offshore Facilities definition

Offshore Facilities means platforms and support systems such as oil and gas handling facilities, living quarters, offices, shops, cranes, electrical supply equipment and systems, fuel and water storage and piping, heliport, marine docking installations, communication facilities, navigation aids, and other similar facilities necessary in the conduct of offshore operations.
Offshore Facilities means any facilities, seaward of the outer harbor line, floating or supported on a pier or piers, used to transfer or assemble materials or for construction purposes, except aquacultural facilities and structures, research and scientific monitoring facilities.
Offshore Facilities means all offshore sites, installations and facilities operated by a Client in waters off the coast of Western Australia or the Northern Territory.

Offshore Facilities has the meaning set forth in Section 2.12.
Offshore Facilities means platforms, surface and subsea Development Systems and Production Systems, and other support systems such as oil and gas handling facilities, living quarters, offices, shops, cranes, electrical supply equipment and systems, fuel and water storage and piping, heliport, marine docking installations, communication facilities, navigation aids, and other similar facilities necessary in the conduct of offshore operations, all of which are located offshore. “Offshore Facilities” includes Offsite Host Facilities.
Offshore Facilities means all offshore sites, installations, facilities and or systems whether fixed or floating or semi-submersible including offshore vessels or FPSO, FSO or FLNG for the purpose of production, processing, piping and distribution of hydrocarbons or other ancillary products however described to or from oil and gas fields. Off Duty Period means a period in a Work Cycle during which an Employee does not have rostered shifts. Days during an Off-duty Period are unpaid non-working days. The Off-duty Period shall commence on the day of demobilisation from the Offshore Facility. On Duty Period means a period in a Work Cycle during which an Employee has rostered shifts, being either day or night shifts. The On-duty Period shall commence on the arrival at the Offshore Facility. Onshore Rate of Pay means the amount paid when an Employee is considered to be working onshore which includes the base hourly rate of pay contained in Schedule 1, applicable allowances and excludes the Offshore Allowance.
