Communication Facilities. The Federation shall have the right to use designated faculty bulletin boards for posting notices of its activities, and shall have the right to list meetings in the weekly Calendar and the right to use faculty mailboxes for communications with Faculty Members. The exercise of these rights is subject to applicable District regulations. Any notice posted pursuant to this Section shall be signed and dated by an appropriate officer of the Federation who is authorized by the Federation to make such posting, and a copy shall be filed with the Vice President - Student and Community Advancement. The Federation shall keep on file with the Vice President - Student and Community Advancement, a list of those officers so authorized. Any Federation material distributed through the intra-campus mail system shall clearly indicate the Federation as the distributor of the material.

Communication Facilities. The SMEA shall have the privilege to communicate with its membership through the use of designated bulletin boards and Employer mail service. The SMEA shall save and hold the Employer harmless from any and all expense or liability whatsoever arising out of the preparation and/or use of any such materials. This shall not apply to communications which are contrary to law such as the urging of strikes, work stoppages, etc.

The internal telecommunication wiring has been provided with CAT-3 for Voice and CAT-5 for Data. 2.3.2 VSNL has set up an earth station of type Standard – B at IT Park to provide High Speed International Digital Leased Line Service for transferring High Speed Data.

Communication Facilities. (a) For a period of twelve months after the Effective Time, and except as otherwise set forth in the Transition Services Agreement, Seller shall maintain all necessary Permits for its existing mobile radio communication system and frequencies currently used for communication in connection with the Transferred Business and shall allow Buyer, Buyer’s Affiliates, employees and contractors to use such system and frequencies at no charge. (b) At Closing, Buyer and Seller will enter into an agreement regarding the sharing of the microwave and radio facilities and equipment on a transition basis; the leasing of tower space for the Buyer’s microwave, radio, and other wireless devices for reasonable compensation based on the cost of ownership; establishing a mechanism to modify or upgrade towers to accommodate the Buyer’s equipment (at Buyer’s sole cost and expense); provision of adequate space for the Buyer’s control shelters, as necessary to accommodate the Buyer’s equipment located at the service centers and on the property listed in Schedule 7.14(b) (the “Communication Facilities Agreement”).

Communication Facilities. Communication facilities for voice, telemetry or supervisory control necessary for the effective operation of this Agreement shall be installed, maintained, and operated by the Parties, and the capital costs and operating and maintenance costs of such facilities shall be shared as mutually agreed upon by the Parties.

Communication Facilities. During the Lease Term, until Landlord ------------------------ gives Tenant written notice to the contrary, Teleport Communications Group, a partnership, shall, under the terms of the Ground Lease, be the exclusive provider of communications services and facilities at the Teleport, including, without limitation, all antennas, conduit, and cabling and including any such items located in, on, or around any buildings and structures at the Teleport, and Tenant shall not, and shall not permit any other Person to, install, contract for, or use, or cause to be installed, contracted for, or used, any such items, services, or facilities at the Teleport not provided by Teleport Communications Group without the prior written approval of Teleport Communications Group, which may be withheld or subject to such conditions as Teleport Communications Group in its sole discretion may determine, provided, -------- however, that Teleport Communications Group may consent to internal building ------- wiring and internal terminal equipment EXECUTION COPY furnished by Tenant, but only if Teleport Communications Group is reasonably satisfied after testing and inspection that such wiring and equipment is technologically compatible with its telecommunications equipment and configurations at the Teleport. Notwithstanding the above, Tenant will have access to fiber based services of both the Teleport Communications Group and ▇▇▇▇ Atlantic.

Communication Facilities. In the event XO is required to construct and/or acquire communication facilities In order to provide Service to Customer, Customer acknowledge and agrees that XO will incur significant costs in provisioning Service to Customer, including costs associated with constructing and/or acquiring the communications facilities necessary for delivery of Services to Customer. In addition to any other rights and remedies XO may have, Customer agrees that if Customer cancels, terminates or breaches this Agreement after execution but prior to the Service Commencement Date, Customer will be required to reimburse XO for all costs XO incurs in constructing and/or acquiring such communications facilities. Provide Services agrees that XO constructs or is constructing facilities in order to provide Services to Customer or Customer receives individual case basis transaction (non-standard pricing, terms or products), Customer shall not be eligible for the Satisfaction Guarantee set forth at (▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇).
