Monitoring facilities definition

Monitoring facilities means facilities used to carry out a programme of monitoring in accordance with paragraph 2 of Schedule 2; and
Monitoring facilities means the facilities comprising the International Monitoring System, as listed in Annex I to the Protocol of the Treaty.
Monitoring facilities means systems or facilities that sample constituents or that measure or monitor flow.
