If any part of the Cash Interest Amount is capitalised as contemplated in section2.3(e), the Company may, if permitted pursuant to the terms of the Intercreditor Deed, subsequently on an Interest Payment Date pay some or all of that Cash Interest Amount in cash, in which case the Notional Note Principal Amount and Note Principal Amount is reduced by an amount equal to the cash paid.
