Series Issue Date definition

Series Issue Date means the date of issuance of the Initial Tranche of a Series of ETP Securities, as specified in the relevant Final Terms.

Series Issue Date means with respect to any series of Indebtedness issued under the Indenture, the date any notes of such series are first issued.

Series Issue Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(d) hereof.

• In connection with the issue of the ETC Securities, the Issuer will on the Series Issue Date enter into the Balancing Agreement with the Programme Counterparty.

Series Issue Date means, in respect of a Series, the issue date of the first Tranche of such Series.
