Original Note Principal Balance definition

Original Note Principal Balance means the Original Note Principal Balance of both Classes of Notes, or the Original Note Principal Balance of the Class 1-A Notes or the Class 2-A Notes, as applicable, each as reflected in the Adoption Annex.
Original Note Principal Balance of the Class 1-A Notes is $880,000,000 and of the Class 2-A Notes is $1,120,000,000.
Original Note Principal Balance means the amount reflected in the Adoption Annex.

Original Note Principal Balance of the Notes is $1,717,300,000. The "Owner Trustee" is Wilmington Trust Company, or any successor owner trustee under the Trust Agreement.
