Each Non-Controlling Note Holder shall provide notice of its identity and contact information (including any change thereof) to the Trustee, Certificate Administrator, the Master Servicer and the Special Servicer under the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement; provided, that each Initial Note Holder shall be deemed to have provided such notice on the date hereof.
In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and any Initial Note with respect to the interest rate or the timing of any increase in interest rate, the terms of this Agreement shall control, and each Lender holding an Initial Note hereby consents to such amendment of such ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Initial Note.
The Non-Controlling Note Holder Representative, as of the date of this Agreement and until the Lead Securitization Note Holder (and the Master Servicer and the Special Servicer) is notified otherwise, shall be the Initial Note A-2 Holder.

The Person in whose name a Note is so registered shall be deemed and treated as the sole owner and holder thereof for all purposes of this Agreement, except in the case of the Initial Note A Holders who may hold their Notes through a nominee.
