Class 4 definition

Class 4 means a vehicle with a GVWR greater than 14,000 lbs. and less than or equal to 16,000 lbs.
Class 4 means a vehicle with a GVWR that is above 14,000 pounds but at or below 16,000 pounds.
Class 4 means, at any time, all Class 4 Loans at such time.
