Notice of Organizational Change. Contractor shall submit written notice to the contract manager assigned to the Contract within 10 business days of any change to Contractor's name; contact information; key personnel; organizational structure, such as merger, acquisition or change in form of business; legal standing; or authority to do business in Texas. A change in Contractor’s name and certain changes in organizational structure require an amendment to this Contract in accordance with the Amendments section of these General Provisions.
