NonqualifiedStock Option definition

NonqualifiedStock Option means an Option that is not an Incentive Stock Option.
NonqualifiedStock Option means a right to purchase Shares from the Company that is granted under Section 6 of the Plan and that is not intended to be an Incentive Stock Option.
