Non-Qualified Options definition

Non-Qualified Options means Option Rights that are not intended to qualify as “incentive stock options” under Section 422 of the Code.
Non-Qualified Options means Options which are not Incentive Options.
Non-Qualified Options means for persons who are otherwise US Optionees or US Taxpayers, an Option which does not qualify for deferred compensation treatment under Section 421(a) of the Code.
