Nonqualified Stock Options definition

Nonqualified Stock Options means Stock options that do not meet the requirements of Code Section 422.
Nonqualified Stock Options means a stock option granted to an Eligible Employee to purchase shares of Stock which is not intended to qualify as an "incentive stock option" as defined in Section 422A of the Code.
